Bruce has over 30 years of hands on experience, specializing in Sales Effectiveness Strategy, High Performance Work Systems and Organizational Development. An experienced partner & consultant for the TAS Group for over 15 years, he has consulted with many different organizations, helping them to acheive remarkable sales results. He has worked hand in hand on the front lines and consulted with thousands of sales leaders and their sales teams.
He was recruited by MASP AG, Oslo Norway/Bern Switzerland to co-found North American operations of Cellus, USA, Inc. In his role as Chairman and CEO, he led his team to build Cellus into a well-known company in the Mobile Content and Management sector. He orchestrated the acquisition of Cellus USA and returned to his consulting practice in 2005.
Bruce continues to maintain a robust executive network in the sales effectiveness, mobile, music, consulting and technology industries.
Harold “HP” Pelzel

HP Pelzel specializes in sales and customer service process improvement, planning, and change management. He was a Vice-President, Client Support with Management Systems International for over 11 years. He worked with several large telecommunications and electric utility clients in the areas of sales process management, customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Mr. Pelzel has a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Texas State University and postgraduate work in Telecommunications Management from SMU. ![]()

Stu Price
Principal, Bee Group, Inc.
Stu brings over 20 years of experience in guiding organizations to improve the performance of their sales and marketing functions. He has expertise in growing deal size, increasing closure rates, framing negotiations and implementing critical sales processes, such as forecasting, account planning and deal assessment.
Stu has extensive knowledge in The TAS Group’s sales methodologies: Target Account Selling (opportunity management), Selling to Senior Executives, and Enterprise Selling Process (account planning). He is a Senior Consultant for these programs. Stu also has subject matter expertise in “Courage Based Negotiation” methodology.
He has a BS in Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University.
Kirsten C. Gray
Principal, Bee Group, Inc.
Kirsten specializes in sales and sales management. With over 25 years of experience in sales, she has worked primarily in the telecommunications industry at companies such as AT&T and ICG. Her efforts have been largely focused around helping spearhead innovative new sales units created to target previously untapped markets. As a successful salesperson, she has consulted with a multitude of clients by working with them to meet their own business goals.
She founded her own company focusing on creating and selling custom residential design and contracting services. She has a degree in Design from The College of Architecture at The University of Florida.
